Panic! At The Disco: Celebrity crush? Or favourite celebrity? (Simon had a bit of a crush on Brendan Urie in early high school)
Panic! At the Disco is absolutely on the list, also Jensen Ackles, young (he’s old now) Robert Sean Leonard (who played Neil Perry in The Dead Poets Society), Emma Watson, Zendaya, and Dodie Clark.

Iced Coffee: Token drink? (The Simon Squad’s token drinks they get on the way to school)
Any type of tea. Iced tea, chai tea, herbal tea, black tea, tea with milk, it’s all so good!!

Bieber: Do you have any pets, what are their names? (Simon’s Dog name)
I wish. I once had a goldfish that lived for 7 years, but we never named him/her because we were sure it would just be dead the next day.

Bad, but Enthusiastic Cooking: What is the favourite and least meal you’ve ever eaten? (Simon’s sister is an aspiring chef)
I really love those fake pulled pork burgers made from jackfruit (I’m pescatarian) that you can get at markets sometimes. Least favorite meal would be anything with broccoli or peas. I’m not a fan of cheese either

The Bachelor: Any guilty pleasure reads/movies/shows? (The guilty pleasure of the Spier family)
Probably Voltron. Is it for kids? I don’t even know anymore

School Production: Are you part of your school production/have been in the past? If not, what’s your favourite musical? (Simon is a theatre gay, I mean theatre geek)
I loooove musicals (Hamilton of course, Dear Evan Hansen, Be More Chill, The Book of Mormon, Newsies, etc.), but I don’t act. I really like doing the tech backstage though, and have done that in a few school productions (I’m quite a control freak so it’s perfect for me)

Graduation: What are you most excited about doing after you finish high school? (Simon counts down the days to graduation throughout the course of the movie)
Ahhh I have no clue what I want to do after school. No clue. But I really want to travel with friends in a gap year, get an apartment to share with friends, those sorts of things.

Ferris Wheel: What would be the most romantic thing you can think of? (The ferris wheel is constantly mentioned throughout the movie, but I wont tell you why because it is a big spoiler)
Uh, I have no experience with this whatsoever, but I’d have to say just reading together somewhere cozy with blankets tea and cats, preferably while it’s raining, with our favorite songs playing quietly in the background.

Blue: Have you ever been dubbed with any nicknames? (Blue is the only name Simon knows his pen pal by)
Not really. After camp lots of people have been calling me Mum if that counts.

Jacques: When do you feel most yourself? (Jacques is Simon’s pen name, and the name that he can be most himself under)
This blog is a pretty safe space for me. Nobody here knows me irl (that I know of) so that’s good, I don’t have to hide anything. Otherwise probably when I’m alone or with one of my closest friends, preferably in a library or bookshop. I actually felt much more myself at my primary school. It really took me until the end of last year to feel somewhat at home at my new school (I’m in year 9 now).
